Conscious Diving is a super individual way of experiencing a dive. It is highly related to the wishes, needs, and experience level of every diver.
Standard is very small groups or 1:1 diving, good captains and boats, and excellent tanks and equipment!! We avoid unnecessary plastic trash, offer healthy snacks, and practice respectful behaviour toward all creatures involved in our magical diving trip.
During our specific dive briefing, I explain the holistic approach and intention behind how we will act in the water.
Our focus goes beyond conventional diving and can include individual exercises, subtle shifts of attention and awareness, Energetic Work, Breathing Meditations, and plenty of Conscious Diving Talks.
It can be simply good, yet profound diving or a deeply supported and intense therapeutic process – with many possibilities in between.

Conscious Diving

We practice safe diving, following international safety standards and PADI/ SSI protocols, while combining them with an individual mix of Awareness Boosters.
Beginners start with a Discover Scuba Dive (DSD/ Try Dive) and can continue their diving education levels as wanted.
The DSD course can be directly upgraded to the Open Water Diver Course, leading to your first official diving certification.
As a certified SSI and PADI diving instructor, I offer courses through both organizations. There are small differences in structure and pricing, while the core training program is very similar.
Prices vary depending on the level of individual attention and time required. Listed below are the basic costs.
Open Water Diver Course
Your first real diving certification! You are allowed to go deep up to 18m/ 60 feet now!!
The course typically includes 2 shore dives and 2-4 boat dives, and can be organized very individually to meet specific diver needs.
A e-learning section is required, which can be completed in advance, and a final multiple-choice test is required to pass.

Shore Diving
Shore Diving allows us to take all the time we need for a careful, step-by-step process in an extra-safe environment.
The shallow water gives us potentially longer dive times and flexibility in managing each dive, independent of the boats and their schedules.
Ideal for beginners, refreshers, and anyone who wants to explore the underwater world directly from the beach.

Boat Diving
For experienced divers with a minimum Open Water Diver certification.
We rent spaces on our favorite boats and head out in the morning to spend the day on the beautiful ocean. To enjoy a magical boat ride approaching two of Cozumel’s approximately 35 dive sites.
Under normal conditions, the first dive is deeper and further out, exploring the wall and larger coral formations. After a surface interval of about an hour and some snacks, we go down for the second, more shallow dive. Each dive trip depends on the mother ocean and her current conditions, as well as the group’s experience level and wishes.

Discover Scuba Diver/ Beginners
The introduction for beginners to experience diving for the first time.
This course includes a description of basic diving knowledge and equipment, followed by practicing fundamental skills during an adventurous first dive.
Here is the space and time to have the first contact with the underwater world, professionally guided and supported.
The Discover Scuba Diver can be combined with the Open Water Diver Course.

Advanced Open Water Course
Continue your journey into the underwater world!
It is a very experience- orientated course where you can choose between five specialty dives,
such as deep diving, navigation, night diving, wreck diving, buoyancy, or drift diving.
Online diving theory and a test are included.

Night Dives
A truly magical experience, especially made for water-nervous people. Night diving brings you into deep connection with the ocean and introduces you to its nocturnal inhabitants.

Blackwater Dives
An epic and mesmerizing night dive experience in open water. Along a vertical line of lights reaching down to 25 meters, divers, each with their own torch, circle and explore mindblowing, astonishing micro-universes of deep-sea creatures.
This dive has the potential to transform your perception of water, yourself, and the world.
Going to the North
During the winter season, we can encounter large swarms of eagle rays flying along the wall. Or we can search for reef sharks that live in the north of the island. Northern dive sites are known for strong and unpredictable currents and are made only for experienced and confident divers.
Cenotes
We are fortunate to be able to go very easily to Playa del Carmen via the fabulous ferry and visit the world’s largest connected cenote system in Yucatan. Each cenote offers a uniquely stunning, surreal underwater world.
To enter cenotes, an Open Water Diver certification is mandatory, and an Advanced Open Water certification may be necessary for deeper caves. Good buoyancy control and a warm wetsuit are essential. All cenote dives are guided by a certified cavern guide.
